City of Shadows
The inhabitants of this hidden world become visible only when the sun comes out, even though they belong to the dark world of shadows. I have found this contrast ironic, and therefore decided to document the shadow residents of Limerick. Initially a response to a photography brief, I decided to create a book with the photographs I took. The book is printed double-sided on one sheet of paper, with the reveresed shadow images on the other side.
