ISTD 2010 brief – 'The significance of 100'
An annual student assesment by the International Society of Typographic Design. For this brief, I have chosen the 100 most used words in English language. These words are combined into creative writing, to produce a book of poetry written using solely these 100 words. The illustrations similarly explore the simplicity of a solid disk, gradualy growing into more complex and colourful shapes. This book was created as a celebration of the creativity of language even within limitations.
